Upgrade Notice :
We
will be performing upgrades to various
parts of the network beginning the
morning of Tuesday, August 19 from
12:01am-4am.
This
work will continue on Tuesdays through
Fridays 12:01am-4:00am until further
notice. Please note that you may experience
intermittent connectivity during this
time while work is being performed.
This is considered normal during this
process.
If
you experience connectivity issues
outside of these hours, please power
cycle your equipment.
If
you continue to experience connectivity
issues after power cycling, please
call Technical Support at 877-573-6763
and select option “3”. Technical Support
hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 10pm
and Saturday and Sunday from 9am-7pm.
